l10n: sv.po: Update Swedish translation

- Update for 2.49.0.
- Fix numerous typos found by spelling checker.
- Fix more straight quotes.
- Harmonize translation of "blob" (to "blob", not "blobb").
- Harmonize translation of "reflog" (to "referenslogg").
