Merge branch 'rs/replay-wrong-onto-fix'

"git replay --onto=<commit> ...", when <commit> is mistyped,
started to segfault with recent change, which has been corrected.

* rs/replay-wrong-onto-fix:
  replay: move onto NULL check before first use
