Merge branch 'cc/aix-has-fileno-as-a-macro'

AIX shared the same build issues with other BSDs around fileno(fp),
which has been corrected.

* cc/aix-has-fileno-as-a-macro:
  Makefile: use fileno macro work around on AIX
